The festival Café Collectif returns May 1-3, 2026, to the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT) in Montreal. A gathering of the best roasters in specialty coffee of the province!

Important information: Submission of an application does not guarantee a place at the festival. A selection will be made according to the following criteria:
- a variety of operating addresses (physical location),
- a variety of roasting styles,
- and representative of different company sizes.
We will also be paying particular attention to the participation of new companies, to foster an even richer and more inclusive café ecosystem.

Café Collectif's mission is to shine the spotlight on specialty coffee et de valoriser les torréfacteurs locaux à travers des événements uniques. Nous organisons un festival destiné au grand public, dans un cadre accessible et ludique. Les visiteurs y découvrent des cafés d’exception, conçus par des artisans passionnés, participent à des ateliers immersifs et ont l’occasion de rencontrer les acteurs clés de l’industrie du café au Québec. Un rendez-vous pour apprendre, déguster et connecter autour d’un café d’exception.
